These Terms & Conditions apply to the 11kk platform (https://11kk.wine) and all associated services. By registering on 11kk, using your account, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.

Opening an account at 11kk requires meeting a few basic conditions — put in place to protect members and ensure platform transparency.

• One Account Only: Each member may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

• Password Security: Never share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Contact Information: If you change your mobile number, please notify our support team immediately.

11kk's payment system operates through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.
• 11kk does not charge any additional transaction fees; however, charges applied by your mobile banking provider may apply.
• In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions, 11kk reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.

11kk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are genuine benefits for our members — however, certain conditions apply and must be followed when using them.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit.
• To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount must be met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Each member is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus only once.

Weekly Cashback:

• Cashback of up to 15% is available on weekly net losses.
• Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday.
• The wagering requirement for the cashback bonus is 3x.

11kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

Certain fundamental rules apply when placing Sports Bets on 11kk. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 11kk itself makes a correction due to an error on our end.
• Odds Change: Bets are settled at the odds that were in place at the time the bet was accepted. Any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, 11kk will automatically refund the stake.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Win: The maximum win from a single bet is subject to defined limits, which may vary depending on the market.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. If your connection drops before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be considered void.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11kk reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member.

To maintain a fair and honest environment at 11kk, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any of the following may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

Protecting your personal data is 11kk's top priority. We follow the principles below when collecting, storing, and using your information:

• Your name, mobile number, and transaction details are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Limit Setting: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Temporary Break: If needed, your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to do so may request permanent closure of their account.
• Minor Protection: If a family member is struggling, please reach out to our support team.

Under certain circumstances, 11kk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a member's account.

• Accounts may be terminated without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation.
• If repeated bonus abuse is detected, your account will be suspended.
• Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to our support team.
• Before an account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance. In cases of fraud, however, the balance will be forfeited.
